Whanganui Counselling Services offers counselling support for individuals, couples, and relationship dynamics experiencing personal, emotional, relational, or life challenges.

Counselling provides a safe and supportive space to talk openly, reflect, strengthen communication, explore patterns, and work through difficult situations, stress, conflict, or change. Our approach is grounded, practical, reflective, and cut-through. Supporting people to gain greater clarity, insight, understanding, and healthier ways of moving forward.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
One-to-one sessions for individuals who are:

  • feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or fatigued

  • feeling stuck, unsure, or at a crossroads

  • carrying long-term responsibility or emotional load

  • noticing repeated patterns and wanting change

  • wanting space to think clearly and talk things through


COUPLES, FAMILY
& RELATIONSHIP CONVERSATION
Support for couples, relationships, families, or small groups who want to:

  • clarify issues and communication

  • understand each other's perspectives

  • identify patterns that keep repeating

  • find practical ways forward together


These sessions focus on understanding, direction, and constructive change - not blame.
