We support workplaces to deal with issues early — before they escalate. Sometimes support is only sought after things have already escalated. That's OK. Reach out. Through counselling-informed education, visual storytelling and sense mapping, mentoring, mediation, and professional skills development (1–1 or small groups), we help bring clarity, direction, and practical ways forward.

In-room, small-scale, whiteboard-led impactful sessions that create clarity and movement.

Best suited for individuals or small groups (2-4 people). Come to us, we've got you covered.

Individuals, professionals, community workers, couples, – anyone wanting to grow. It's for "Yes, and You too." Whether you are in the workforce or just keen to reconnect with your own power – this space is yours. We specialize in 1-1 skills training, to 1-3. We go deep with what we have and ensure your learning is kept simple, and effective. We don't do lengthy courses. We keep it short, swift, and with impact.

Session Structure

How Often?
Sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs.

  • One-off if that's all that's required

  • Weekly one-on-one sessions with a clear goal in mind

  • A short series of sessions (1-2 hours each)

  • Refresher sessions to strengthen specific skills (e.g. resilience, confidence, setting boundaries.

We meet you where you are and equip you with practical tools and strategies for change.

What to Bring?
Just yourself. If you like to take notes, feel free to bring a pen and pad - otherwise everything is provided as needed.

What Does an In-house Session Look Like?

Sessions typically run 1-2 hours, depending on the need. We begin with a welcome, introductions, and a clear outline of what will be covered - based on your specific situation. Where appropriate, we use light ice-breakers to get things moving and create a comfortable, open space. From there, the mahi begins. Through a combination of:

  • learning and reflection

  • interaction and sharing

  • practical tools and guidance

  • whiteboard sense mapping.

We work together to bring clarity, direction, and movement.

We specialise in small, meaningful, and impactful sessions - best suited for individuals or small groups (in-house).

Duration

One-on-one: 1 to 1.5 hours
Small Groups: 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on individual need or requirement)
