Plus, countless personal development workshops over the years. And yes – I was that person in the room, soaking it all in while mapping out how I would teach it one day. That day is now.

Session Structure

How Often?
Totally flexible. It might be a one-off, weekly one-on-one, or a short programme – four to six weeks, one to two hours per session. Some just want a refresher on a certain skill, or topic, relative to their individual needs. We shape it to suit you.

What to Bring?
Pen, pad, clipboard – come ready to learn. You will get homework. You will be challenged. Handouts provided as needed. I draw from a huge toolkit of resources to match the learning goals of each session.

What Does a Session Look Like? How many People?

We start with intros and a quick outline of what’s ahead. Working with 1-2 people, or just yourself, there’s always an opener – an icebreaker to set the tone. Then, it’s into the real work: learning, interacting, sharing. I will guide the space, set the pace, and make sure each person feels supported, and validated. We will advise if we increase group numbers. We specialize in small and meaningful.

Word of Encouragement from the Hub

Learning new skills shakes things up – and that’s the point. It's like a new tool: it sharpens, it polishes, it refines - it brings change. People around you will notice. Some might push back. That's okay. With these tools, you'll respond with confidence, calm, and respect. We specialize in one-on-one training, to one-on-two - and look forward to working with you.
